Dr. Wahlen has served the Eastern New Mexico / West Texas region for the past 3 1/2 years at Plains Regional Medical Center in the surgical specialties clinic. He has done thousands of procedures of the foot and ankle most notably, Dr. Wahlen was the first in Clovis to perform ankle joint replacement surgery, an advanced surgical procedure that replaces the ankle joint with an implant.
